Flexicon bulk bag fillers (also known as FIBC fillers) range from basic stand-alone units to sophisticated systems to match the budget and capacity requirements of each customer's application. Each of these configurations delivers optimum performance across specific capacity ranges with maximum cost-effectiveness.
Flexicon's latest bulk bag filling innovation is the patent-pending SWING-DOWN® filler. Designed for medium- to high-capacity applications, this revolutionary design brings the fill head to the operator at floor level for faster, safer and easier bag connections.
REAR-POST fillers are intended for medium- to high-capacity applications requiring pass-through conveyors and/or powered fill head height adjustment.
Flexicon's patented TWIN-CENTREPOST™ fillers*, satisfy low- to medium-capacity filling requirements and/or sanitary applications where frequent wash-down or compliance with USDA Dairy standards is required.
Lighter-duty versions of TWIN-CENTREPOST™ fillers, BASIC FILLERS reduce cost, yet offer an
inflatable bag spout seal and feed chute dust vent as standard, and a limited list of performance options.
Each of these designs satisfies a distinct range of bulk bag filling applications, and is available with performance enhancements to meet your individual requirements with extreme cost effectiveness. From basic, low-cost fillers to automated, high-capacity systems and everything in between, Flexicon offers precisely what you need for bulk bag filling success.
For fast, accurate, and stable weigh-filling of small to large volumes of free- and non-free-flowing bulk materials, Flexicon bulk bag fillers are offered in two configurations: with load cells which measure weight gain of the bulk bag filler, and with weigh hoppers suspended above the bag filler allowing simultaneous recharging of the hopper and replacement of the bulk bag to achieve high filling rates.
Optional bag inflator removes creases prior to filling. SWING-DOWN® filler shown. Also available on TWIN-CENTREPOST™ and REAR-POST fillers.
Flexicon's Low Profile Bulk Bag Filler allows removal of loaded bags using a pallet jack, eliminating the need for a forklift.
Patented TWIN-CENTREPOST™ Bulk Bag Fillers* are available in USDA Dairy Accepted construction and finish.
Optional powered or gravity roller conveyors allow rapid staging and removal of bulk bags. REAR-POST filler shown. Also available on TWIN-CENTREPOST™ and SWING-DOWN® fillers.

Only half of your bulk bag filling depends on holding, inflating, densifying, and weighing your bulk bags correctly. The other half depends on delivering material to your filler with extreme dependability and consistency. Whether your products are free- or non-free- flowing — or prone to pack, cake, plug, fluidise or separate — your system must deliver them at high rates for rapid filling, as well as steady trickle-feed rates for highly accurate weighments. Flexicon offers everything you need for complete bag filling success: an economical base unit with comprehensive options to meet your precise requirements at lowest cost; and a custom engineered material delivery system integrated with your new or existing process equipment or other material source.
Flexicon will custom engineer an automated delivery system according to your specific bulk material and process requirements. Whether your system must integrate with new or existing upstream equipment, elevate non-free-flowing materials, or prevent the surging of free-flowing materials from elevated storage vessels, Flexicon can provide the ideal system to feed your filler:
Bulk bag filler fed by
FLEXICON® Flexible Screw Conveyor
Bulk bag filler fed by
FLEXI-DISC™ Tubular Cable Conveyor
Bulk bag filler fed by
PNEUMATI-CON® Pneumatic Conveying Systems
TWIN-CENTREPOST™ Bulk Bag Fillers can be forklifted onto an all-purpose plant scale, eliminating the cost of load cells and controls.
All Flexicon Bulk Bag Fillers are available mounted on load cells that transmit weight-gain signals to a controller which slows and then stops an optional conveyor (or rotary valve) once an accurate fill weight is reached. (Flexicon® Flexible Screw Conveyor shown. FLEXI-DISC™ Tubular Cable Conveyor and PNEUMATI-CON® Pneumatic Conveying Systems also available.)
Weigh hoppers suspended above the bulk bag filler allow simultaneous recharging of the hopper and replacement of the bulk bag for filling rates up to 20 per hour.
