Support of in-house and field sales engineers, including:

• Review and correction of bulk material handling system proposals generated by field sales representatives
• Review of technical / engineering specifications and coordination of response to customers
• Researching requirements and providing pricing on custom components for material handling systems
• Answering field sales engineers’ questions about applications of Flexicon equipment
• Coordination of in-house bulk material handling tests
• Assistance with assembly of customized technical supplementary information packages for submission to customers
• Researching features and obtaining pricing on equipment not manufactured by Flexicon, for incorporation into material handling systems and controls packages supplied by Flexicon
• Interface with internal engineering, purchasing, and production departments by participating in various after-sale support functions

• Interpret drawings, specifications, codes, standards and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of and ability to use standard computer applications including, but not limited to MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates should have an Engineering or similar technical degree from an accredited educational institute.
