SOP and Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SOP & Contract Administrator to support the development, management, and organization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments and global business entities. This role will also assist in contract administration, ensuring proper review, validation, and execution of critical commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities 

 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Program

  • Under the guidance of the direct manager, support the development, collection, validation, approval, organization, and storage of SOPs and related documentation.
  • Consult with department managers to facilitate the overall SOP development process.
  • Ensure documentation conforms to standard SOP and Work Instruction formats, reformatting or rewriting as needed.
  • Manage the validation and authorization process across departments, maintaining an up-to-date repository and tracking status.
  • Identify and correct errors in received documentation.
  • Create business process flow maps in Visio and maintain repositories, databases, and completion tracking.

Contract Administration & Management

  • Support the review of commercial documents under the guidance of the direct manager.
  • Assist in reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for all company entities.
  • Help assess commercial terms & conditions for pre-sale contracts with customers.
  • Conduct preliminary and interim document reviews before final approval.
  • Coordinate with customers to obtain fully executed agreements.
  • Manage workflow, repositories, and databases for NDAs and other contract documentation.

 

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in documentation management, contract administration, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio for process mapping.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
