BLOCK-BUSTER® Hydraulic Bulk Bag Conditioners

The Flexicon Bulk Bag Conditioner loosens hygroscopic materials such as chemicals, food products, moisture-sensitive powders, and other bulk materials that have solidified during storage and shipment. The conditioning process returns the material to a free-flowing state and enables bulk bag unloaders to discharge the material through bag spouts.

Flexicon BLOCK-BUSTER® Hydraulic Bulk Bag Conditioners (also known as FIBC, Big Bag, and Jumbo Bag Massagers) loosen bulk solid materials that have solidified during storage or shipment, to the point where pneumatic flow promotion accessories are ineffective. The conditioner’s two hydraulic rams break up material allowing bulk bag unloaders to discharge the material through bag spouts. BLOCK-BUSTER® Bulk Bag Conditioners are available integrated into bulk bag unloading frames or are available in two models of self-standing units.

Full-Height Doors: With safety interlocks disable operation when open.
Light Curtain: Laser safety light curtain automatically stops the system’s hydraulic rams, scissor lift, and turntable if the light curtain is obstructed.

Allows conditioning of the bag on all sides at varying heights.

Increase overhead clearance for greater forklift access.

Crush and loosen solidified bulk material safely and easily.

Allow user adjustment of bag height/rotation and number/force of ram actuations.

Efficiently generates the power to force rams through solidified bulk materials.
